Today is National Spaghetti Day, and what better way to celebrate than sharing some of my favorite recipes that feature the long, skinny pasta that almost everyone loves!
- Lemon Garlic Spaghetti Squash Casserole
- Creamy Cajun Pasta
- Italian Sausage Casserole
- Aunt Linda’s Mess
- Chicken Tetrazzini
- Cold Peanut Noodles
- Family Recipe: Veggie-Loaded Pasta Sauce (This is just a sauce recipe, but spaghetti is perfect for this sauce)
And if you are looking to try some different brands of spaghetti, here are a few of my favorites:
- Rao’s Spaghetti, it is very good.
- If you are Gluten-Free, Banza has a good option
- Ancient Harvest Spaghetti tastes great and VERY FILLING. They are made with Corn, Brown Rice and Quinoa.
- Barilla makes a Protein Plus spaghetti, which was great when I had a hard time getting my kids to eat meat or beans.
May is National Salad Month and we are 100% here to celebrate.
It’s time for some yummy veggie meals!
Is one of your New Years Resolutions to eat better or increase your intake of fruits and veggies?
Spring is upon us, and that means that there will be all sorts of fruits and veggies coming into season.
