October is a great time to be a kid in San Diego!
This October 1-31, kids 12 and under receive free admission at many arts, cultural, and science museums and historical sites in San Diego County.
For those of us with curious kids, this is perfect! Kids can get into over 40 museums in the San Diego area for free with paying adults (all the info can be found here).

A full list can be found here. Oh, and as part of free October, Kids can get into the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park free when accompanied by a paying adult! Other Kids go free attractions include: Legoland, Sea World, and the USS Midway!!

We spent a lot of time at the Chima area in the wave pool.



My kids are going to lose their MINDS when I tell them about this! One of the places they have been missing over the past 13 months is Legoland.
This new land features six interactive attractions for all to enjoy.
I’m excited to take the kids to Legoland this summer! They are both itching to visit the new LEGO MOVIE WORLD and of course, the Legoland water park!

Recently the kids and I went to check out SeaLife Aquarium at Legoland California. I’m so glad that they have opened and are serving guests through the 6th of July. They have enacted a lot of practical safety measures to ensure guests and Model Citizens are well cared for.


The pool has two interactive features: a water fountain and two tipping baskets which will splash guests in the pool from above.
