Fetch Rewards: Free Magazine Subscription for your Birthday!

Abby H.

Check this out! Not only does Fetch Rewards hook you up with gift cards just for scanning in receipts through their app, but they also kick down with a pretty cool gift for your birthday!

This was in my email inbox this morning! I selected Harper’s Bazaar for my subscription.

There are a variety of magazines to choose from. If you aren’t using Fetch rewards yet,  you can learn more here. Use my code ND2TB when you sign up and you’ll score Bonus Points (amounts vary from 1500-4000, depending on the current promotion they are running).

To see more awesome birthday freebies, check out my post here. The birthday rewards are starting to roll in! I’ll be posting pics of my goodies on Instagram!

Earn Rewards with DSW VIP!

Abby H.

Designer Shoe Warehouse (aka DSW) has some really great deals and rewards! While doing research for Birthday Freebies over the weekend, I discovered that DSW‘s rewards program called DSW VIP is chalk full of perks and benefits:

Donate Shoes, Earn rewards: DSW VIP members can donate shoes and Rewards to those in need through Soles4Souls and Be Strong. Your donations help keep shoes out of landfills and create better opportunities for kids and families. For each pair you donate in-store, you earn 50points (that’s halfway to a $5 reward). You can donate and earn points once a week. You can find out more details in the store.

Birthday rewards: each Year, you’ll receive a $5 off coupon to be used in-store or online. That won’t get you a new pair of shoes, but DSW has all kinds of great socks, hosiery, and personal care items in store for $5 or less.

Free Shipping: Free ground shipping on every single purchase, no exceptions. Yup. Pretty cool, right.

And right now DSW is rocking a pretty sweet sale! Check it out:

Up to 70% off Women’s Clearance
Up to 70% off Men’s Clearance
Up to 70% off Kid’s Clearance

Free E-Books!

Abby H.

If you are like me, you love to read. With our local library closed for the foreseeable future, I need some outlet to read. I can order books through the library online to pick up, but I don’t know what I want to read until I can read the back of the book or look at it.

Thankfully, Amazon Prime is hooking me (and you) up with free kindle books. You don’t have to have a Kindle to read these free books, most smartphones and tablets will do.

Here are a few of the free books I’ve added to my list (and yes, there are a few cookbooks):

And if you don’t have an Amazon Prime membership, you can score a 30-day free trial here. In addition to free movies, TV, kindle books, you’ll also score free 2-day shipping on Amazon purchases.

All of the ebooks were free ( $0.00) at the time this article was written. Prices on Amazon are subject to change.

If you don’t want to look on Amazon, here are a few ebooks I found recently that are pretty good. You can even download and print these e-books.
