This week was pretty chill- Lots of time on my weighted hula hoop, finished my sewing “in-box”, altered shorts for my youngest, and fixed some holes in shirts.

This week at Walgreens, all 27.5-28 oz bottles of Arm & Hammer Liquid Laundry detergent are on sale for only $1.99/each.

They are usually $7.49/each, but let’s face it, I’d never pay that much. With this sale price, each load of laundry costs.07-.09 per load!

And before you point out that my kids are bigger, I’m here to tell you that Carter’s sells kids’ clothes up to size 14, and Littlest Bit and I were at our local Carter’s store a few weeks ago to do some back-to-school shopping. She picked out some cute pieces.

These cute overalls were her #1 pick. She is obsessed with overalls and jumpers/rompers right now, and luckily they were (and still are) on sale!

Right now, Carter’s is having a huge sale on Baby Clothes, up to 50% off.

Office Depot: Recycle Toner/Ink Cartridges and Earn Money!

I haven’t talked about this in a while, but this is a good way to help the earth and your pocketbook.

If you have an Office Depot/Office Max nearby, you can recycle your ink or toner cartridges in-store and earn credit to spend in the store. It’s as easy as 1,2,3.

  1. Bring your empty cartridges to the cash register. Any brand, from any store. Office Depot/Office Max will take it! Limit 10 cartridges per month.
  2. Make a $10 qualifying purchase during the same month.
  3. Get $2 back in rewards per recycled cartridge. Once the $10 qualifying purchase is satisfied, rewards will be paid out the next day as a rewards certificate online. Details and the fine print can be found here.
