Mental health care is important to everyone, regardless of age or financial situation. Depending on your health insurance situation, most insurance plans provide coverage for mental health services.
If you do not have health insurance or cannot afford your mental health copays, there is still help out there for you.

- Each Mind Matters: Visit cdph.ca.gov for tools to improve mental health, prevent suicide and promote mental health.

- SAMHSA’s National Helpline: Call 1-800-662-4357 for free, confidential, 24/7 treatment referral and information service.
- Disaster Distress Helpline: Call 1-800-985-5990 for people in emotional distress related to disasters.
